Dance - Adult Modern Dance Fundamentals
You want to get moving and experiencing the physical and cognitive benefits that go along with dance movement activity. Designed for the beginner adult dancer of all abilities, Modern Dance Fundamentals covers the basics of a modern dance class. Students will strengthen their bodies through dance-based warm ups and develop their coordination through center and across-the-floor combinations. Each week, we will explore time, space, design, effort and different fundamentals of modern dance will be covered to help the student discover new methods of movement.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and you will be dancing barefoot or in socks.
