Ripple Effect: Outdoor Watercolor Painting
Ripple Effect: Outdoor Watercolor Painting
Introducing Lake Wheeler's new art share program series: Ripple Effects! This program series is for adults and teens ages 16 and up of all skill levels. We invite you to share in a round table type learning environment, setting aside time to be creative with others. Some materials will be provided but we invite you to bring your own supplies. Read the description of each class for specific details.
Outdoor Watercolor Painting:
For this gathering we will discuss what we all have in our travel water color painting kits and discuss different set ups. Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials, however some basic supplies will be provided for use during the session such as paint, brushes, paper, and table easel. We will start with introductions and group discussion on painting in the outdoors and exploring some basic watercolor techniques. Some time will be dedicated to independent work on either an ongoing project or starting something new. We will conclude by sharing what we worked on. Simple water color supplies will be provided for use during the program, and we encourage artists to bring their own materials.
