Track and Field Camp
Run faster, jump higher and throw harder than you ever have before! The camp activities will include basic fitness drills; drills to improve gross motor skills, agility, balance, and strength; plyometric drills; sports fundamental drills; and fitness games. Participants will also learn about nutrition and being healthy. Instructional time is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early drop-off starts at 8:00 a.m., and participants must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. Campers should bring two snacks, a water bottle and a lunch daily.
