Printmaking - Experimental Reduction Prints in Color

Explore traditional and experimental printmaking techniques to create big, bold, dynamic, colorful prints! In this class you will be encouraged to play, experiment and push the boundaries of what a reduction print can be. Reduction printmaking is easy enough for a beginner or experienced printmaker to take their skill set to a new level. Students provide materials, supply list prints on receipt. This class qualifies students for a print studio membership. 6 sessions. Instructor: Maria Frati.
Supply list:

- Legion or Arnhem printmaking papers, no larger than 16x20
- Unmounted Battleship Gray Linoleum Blocks, no larger than 16x20 (2-3)
- Gamblin Oil Relief Ink or Speedball Oil Relief Printing Ink
- 5 Piece Power Grip Woodcarving Tools (optional)
