User and Refund Policies for Punch Passes: Punch pass are transferable and therefore are not associated with a particular account or person. When presented for entry only age and residency status will be asked, and no attempt will be made to verify whether the holder is on the associated account. All refund requests must be submitted in writing stating the reason for the refund. Punch Pass refunds will be issued for a medical reason with a physician’s statement/documentation or for relocation out of state with documentation.
