WARRIOR Strength™ is a 45-minute class comprising two sections, Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped. Cardio Countdown follows a consistent formula that makes time fly by. With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. GET Pumped is a strength-based format that will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! WARRIOR Strength™ is for all levels and all types who want to sweat and feel their muscles work. Sign up for this monthly series to get back in shape. Please note, there is a free class on April 19th and the session runs April 26-May 24.
Be sure to bring a water bottle, sweat towel, a mat, and comfortable workout clothes for this activity. All the necessary equipment will be provided to participants.
